Three steps. No black box. The math is right here.
We are not using "AI" as a marketing word. The model is a regression trained on real signed leases, and the answer it gives you is the same number our quoting team would write down on paper.
Pull your numbers
You enter six inputs: current monthly lease, B/W and color page volume, your current cost per page on each, and lease term remaining. Inputs stay in your browser. We never log them unless you submit the lead form.
Match the closest comparable contract
The model finds the cluster of contracts in our 40,000-lease dataset that matches your monthly volume, color mix, and machine class. From that cluster we pull the median signed cost-per-page, not list price.
Show the gap, in dollars
The output is your real all-in monthly cost (lease + per-page) versus what we would quote you today, plus the multi-year exposure if you ride the current contract to term. Green means you are overpaying. Red means you are not.
Four levers. None of them are tricks. All of them are why the number you just saw is real.
If you have ever wondered how a national dealer can quote less than the local broker who showed up at your office, this is the answer. Volume, fit, no middleman, and bundled service.
Volume-direct OEM pricing
We close roughly 4,000 commercial leases a year. That puts us in the top buying tier with Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, HP, Sharp, Konica Minolta, and Toshiba. Toner and parts cost less, and that flows into your per-page rate.
Right-sized machine matching
Most overpayment comes from a machine that is two tiers too big for the actual volume. The calculator recommends the smallest machine that comfortably handles your peak month, not the showroom flagship.
No middleman markup
We are an authorized direct dealer, not a broker who resells someone else's lease. There is no second margin layered on top of the OEM price, and there is no commission split with a third party you never met.
Bundled service and toner
Every quote includes on-site service, parts, drum, fuser, toner, and standard delivery in the per-page rate. No surprise consumable invoices, no parts-and-labor change orders, and no preferred-supplier markups on toner.

Submit the form below and a real account manager (not a chatbot, not a tier-1 rep) will email you a written three-option quote within one business day. The calculator inputs travel with the form, so we are quoting against your actual numbers from the start.
The AIPC calculator versus the way you used to shop a copier lease.
If your last lease quote came from a broker walking the office or a generic Google search, here is what you missed.

Eight questions about how the calculator works.
How accurate is this calculator?
The savings number you see is built from the same volume-direct cost-per-page rates we quote in writing every day. We benchmark your current spend against the closest comparable contract in our 40,000-lease dataset (matched on monthly volume, color mix, and machine class), then plug in our published 0.7 cents B/W and 5.5 cents color rates plus a tier-matched base lease. The number you see is within roughly 5 percent of the real signed quote we would deliver for your volume.
Is the data I enter anonymized and private?
Everything you type into the calculator stays in your browser until you choose to submit the lead form. We do not log calculator inputs, do not sell or share them, and do not require an email to see the savings number. Submitting the lead form is what sends your inputs to our team so we can build a real apples-to-apples written quote.
Do I have to share my email to see the savings?
No. The four stat tiles (your current all-in monthly, our all-in monthly, monthly savings, and total over remaining term) update live as you type. Email is only required if you want us to lock in pricing, send a written quote, or set a reminder for when your lease ends.
What if my current lease has 18 months left and I am locked in?
Two paths. Path one: most copier leases have a buyout clause and we can usually fold the remaining payments into a new lease so the monthly drops on day one. Path two: we set a calendar alert for 90 days before your lease end, run a fresh market refresh, and have a signed quote ready before the auto-renewal window opens. Both paths are free.
Where do the 0.7 cent and 5.5 cent cost-per-page rates come from?
Volume-direct OEM pricing. Because we are an authorized dealer for Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, HP, Sharp, Konica Minolta, and Toshiba, and because we close roughly 4,000 commercial leases a year, we buy toner and parts at tier pricing that single-machine resellers cannot touch. Those savings get passed through as the per-page rate. Rates are published, not negotiated, and apply to standard A4 letter and legal.
Why does the calculator default B/W cost-per-page to 1.5 cents and color to 8.5 cents?
Those are the median rates from a sample of 1,400 active commercial copier leases we audited in the last 12 months. The actual range we see runs 1.1 to 2.4 cents on B/W and 6.5 to 14 cents on color. If you have a recent invoice, override the defaults with your real number for a sharper answer.
What if the calculator says I am already at or below your pricing?
Then you negotiated well. Drop your email and we will set a free renewal-time reminder plus a market refresh so you can re-benchmark in 90 days before your next lease cycle. If your current vendor surprises you with a renewal price hike (it happens about 60 percent of the time), you will already have a competitive number in hand.
Does the savings number include service, toner, parts, and delivery?
Yes. Our all-in monthly includes the base lease plus per-page rate, and the per-page rate covers toner, drum, fuser, parts, on-site service, and standard delivery. The only line items not included are paper and staples. We will call out any one-time install fee in the written quote, but it is normally waived for replacements of an in-place machine.
