What we do is boring on paper. Copiers, printers, toner, document scanning, phone systems, networks, firewalls, backups, the occasional "can you get into my email again, I locked myself out." What we've figured out is that doing the boring things consistently well is rare.
We don't have a favorite manufacturer. We'll happily tell you which one is wrong for your office, and why.
